The farmers and ranchers that produce the beef carrying the VeriPrime Certified Safeguards label own the land, they care for the cattle, and they do more to make beef safer.

The VeriPrime Certified Safeguards are in place to reduce the risk of E. coli and other threats leaving the farm in or on cattle.

According to the Beef Industry Food Safety Council, doing so results in safer beef for consumers.

The farmers and ranchers that are member owners of the VeriPrime Cooperative sell over $13 Billion of beef per year and are currently raising over 3 million head of cattle in conformance with the VeriPrime prevention protocols. (That number is growing every day.)
